Alfabs Group is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa Lamond from Group People Advisor to Group Manager HR/HSEQ. With a comprehensive background in HR consulting and general management the promotion to Group Manager HR/HSEQ is consistent with Lisa’s skills and abilities.
In 2020 Alfabs transitioned from out-sourced WHS and HR to in-house advisors, engaging Lisa to established a Group People Unit and later employing Alfabs’ first Group HSE Advisor. Lisa is supported in her role by Matthew Branscombe (Group HSE Advisor) and Jimmy Purcell (Group Quality Manager).
